Simple as it sounds, it is in fact the rigorous interpretation of client’s interests within the web of business and regulatory framework, which can be as varied as the introduction of new 3G mobile communications technology, installation of offshore facilities to negotiating the purchase of fishing vessels.

Market Education

We are also looking at pre-empting legal problems by educating the client as to the importance of understanding the law and its effect on the client’s future business transactions.

Part and parcel of market education includes pre-negotiation stage, where we equip the client with an overall picture of the legal scenario, their inherent weaknesses and strength, and the preparation of pre-negotiation contract models and templates. By staking the client’s ground in the first instance, we try to force the other party to negotiate through the client’s milestones and measurement, rather than allow it to fall into a morass of unrelated and confusing give and take, falling short of the client’s initially sound but now forgotten objectives.
