Civil and Criminal litigation Unit

As advisors to our clients, pre-eminent in our mind is the belief that litigation avoided is a win-win situation for all parties concerned. Nevertheless, there are times when legal action is unavoidable. In such instances, our litigation unit is backed by the experience and skill of our advocates.

Whether as Instructing Solicitors or Counsel, our firm will work closely with the client, from first instructions to file closure, to ensure that the client’s interests are protected. The Firm understands the need for speed and promptness, and works hard with the Courts to obtain a quick and successful outcome, measured on the tangible benefits won for the client. After all, a paper judgment that cannot be enforced is of little use.

In criminal litigation, we have defended or are in the process of defending numerous clients accused of drug-related offences. The Firm is committed to ensuring that our clients are treated through the due process of the Law both fairly and competently.
